▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - The preparation method involves mixing cobalt chloride hexahydrate and polyimide solution to obtain a mixture. The mixture is coated on the substrate and dried to form a composite film. The electrode patterns are set on the composite film. The laser is used to engrave the composite film according to the electrode pattern to obtain a graphene/cobalt oxide composite electrode. The mass ratio of cobalt chloride hexahydrate to polyimide solution is in predetermined range. The drying temperature is 50-160 degrees C. USE - Preparation method of graphene/cobalt oxide composite electrode used in supercapacitors. ADVANTAGE - The preparation method can directly prepare the graphene/cobalt oxide composite electrode according to the target electrode shape, the preparation method is simple, the preparation cost is low, and the prepared graphene/cobalt oxide composite electrode has high capacity and good conductivity.
