▎ 摘 要

NOVELTY - Conductive solid fuel which is gasified by energization and ignited by a reaction with an oxidant, comprises a bulk fuel made of a plastic material, and a powdery conductive substance dispersed in the bulk fuel. USE - The conductive solid fuel is used in ignition device which is used in rocket combustion system (all claimed). The conductive solid fuel is used for igniting liquid fuel for liquid rockets, and solid fuel for solid rockets, hybrid rocket motors, wood, charcoal, combustible gas, and cigarettes. ADVANTAGE - The conductive solid fuel provides simple structure, and has excellent reignition performance, safety management, heat management, and reliability. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for the following: an ignition device comprising the conductive solid fuel and an electrode partially embedded in the bulk fuel; an ignition method using the ignition device, involving gasifying a portion of the bulk fuel using the heat generated by energizing the electrodes, and supplying an oxidant to burn the gasified bulk fuel; a rocket combustion system comprising an oxidant line for delivering an oxidant, a flow valve for controlling the flow rate of the oxidant flowing through the oxidant line, a casing having an internal space to which the oxidant line is connected, a main fuel stored in the inner space, a nozzle for discharging combustion gas generated by the reaction between the main fuel and the oxidant, and an ignition device provided between the oxidant line and the internal space and ignites the main fuel; and a method for manufacturing an igniter, involving softening by heating the conductive solid fuel, press-fitting an electrode into the softened conductive solid fuel and partially burying it, and fixing the electrode by curing the conductive solid fuel.
