▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - The mixer has a first-level mixing cavity that is provided in the inner cavity of a first level sphere. The gap space between the first level spherical and the second level spherical is a second level mixing cavity. The second level sphere and the third level sphere are a third level mixing chamber. The fourth level sphere is provided with a fourth level mixing hole communicating with the fourth-stage mixing cavity. The four-level sphere is connected with a fifth level mixing tank communicating with a mixing exhaust elbow pipe. A secondary mixing hole communicates with the secondary mixing cavity is provided on the primary sphere. The secondary sphere is formed with a three-level mixture hole communicating between the three-stage mixture cavity and the four-stage mixer cavity. USE - Static spherical mixer for growth of graphene used in micro-nano processing, energy, biomedicine and drug delivery applications. Uses include but are not limited to mechanical stripping method, oxidation-reduction method, silicon carbide epitaxial growth method, film production method and chemical vapor deposition (CVD). ADVANTAGE - The independent spherical chamber can make the mixed gas overflow mixing through the corresponding mixing hole, effectively increasing the uniformity of the gas mixing. The static spherical mixer for graphene growth, by setting a primary sphere, secondary sphere, three-level sphere, four-stage ball body and five-stage body, the inner cavity of the first-stage mixing chamber is a first-level mixing cavity, the gap space between the primary sphere and the secondary mixing hole is a second-level mixed cavity, and the gap between the third-level and the fourth-level spheres is a third- level mixing cavity. The three-stage and the four-level spherical mixing holes are staggered and vertical to the mounting base, the opening position of the mixing exhaust elbow pipe is staggered with the interface end of the mixed exhaust pipe, thus effectively improving the uniformity of multiple gas mixing.
