▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Combination comprises a non-conductive polymer, a filler and a saline. The filler comprises at least one material chosen from aluminum tri-hydrate, calcium carbonate, aluminum nitride, graphene, and carbon black. The saline comprises an acrylate polymer having a wet end and a dry end, where the wet end can bond with the filler and the dry end can bond with the non-conductive polymer. USE - The combination is useful in a laminate structure. ADVANTAGE - The combination provides a superior additive allowing a more precise control of the dielectric constant of a non-conductive polymer such as thermoplastics, unsaturated polyester, polyurethane or epoxy by the addition of planar graphite made into nanoparticles, or more particularly graphene, achieves shielding of electromagnetic interference, elimination of electrostatic discharge, increasing of conductivity or the fine tuning of the dielectric constant within a needed range. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for the following: (1) a laminate structure comprising at least one layer of fiberglass and at least one layer of a material comprising the non-conductive polymer, the filler and the saline; and (2) an improved three dimensional combination of graphene and the non-conductive polymer, where the improvement comprises carbon black particles associated with the perimeter of graphene and supplying electrons to graphene.
