▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Nanocomposite delivery system comprises: a graphene composite including graphene oxide including a carboxy group, a cancer targeting ligand bound to the graphene oxide, and a photosensitizer bound to the graphene oxide; and metal photothermal particles bound to the graphene composite. USE - The nanocomposite delivery system is useful for cancer treatment (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The nanocomposite delivery system: has excellent reactive oxygen species generating ability, photothermal conversion ability and excellent photodynamic/photothermal therapeutic effect; achieves excellent therapeutic effects even when administered in small amounts; and is capable of rapidly diagnosing cancer through photoacoustic images through photothermal conversion of thermal energy. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for manufacturing nanocomposite delivery system, comprising (a) preparing a reduced graphene oxide in which a carboxy group is located in edge region by partially reducing the graphene oxide, (b) obtaining a graphene composite by covalently bonding the reduced graphene oxide with a polymer including a cancer-targeting ligand and a compound including a photosensitizer, and (c) mixing metal photothermal particles with the graphene composite.
