NOVELTY - Polyvinylidene fluoride ultra-filtration membrane comprises polyvinylidene fluoride, powder, coupling agent, polyvinyl pyrrolidone, tetrahydrofuran, aminated calcite, where the powder is formed by mixing modified graphene and reduced iron powder according to a certain proportion. The modified graphene is prepared by using nano graphene as raw material, adding fluorine ammonium titanate and butyl titanate to perform infrared radiation treatment, then adding modifier to modify. USE - Polyvinylidene fluoride ultra-filtration membrane used as artificial permeable membrane for drinking water treatment, domestic sewage treatment and industrial waste water treatment. ADVANTAGE - The polyvinylidene fluoride ultra-filtration membrane: has good tensile strength and compressive strength; and is compounded by multiple raw materials, combined with organic raw material and inorganic raw material composite synergistic principle, so as to better adapt to the bad operation condition and cleaning condition for processing sewage or waste water. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing a polyvinylidene fluoride ultra-filtration membrane, involving: weighing polyvinylidene fluoride according to the proportion, powder, coupling agent, mixing uniformly to obtain the first mixed material; adding polyvinylpyrrolidone, aminated calcite, tetrahydrofuran in the first mixed material, mixing uniformly to obtain the second mixed material; heating the second mixed material to 200-400degrees Celsius, extruding and moulding, cooling to obtain the cooling material; and heating the cooling material and introducing compressed nitrogen to activate in the hexamethylene tetramine aqueous solution, then placing for 30-90 minutes at the temperature of 40degrees Celsius of the mass concentration of 2% soda water, and then vacuum processing to remove the organic volatile componen to obtain product.
