NOVELTY - Aqueous metal anticorrosive coating comprises 70-80 pts. wt. acrylic resin, 10-18 pts. wt. amino resin, 7-15 pts. wt. aqueous epoxy resin emulsion, 3-7 pts. wt. modified graphene, 2-5 pts. wt. attapulgite, 2-5 pts. wt. bentonite, 1-3 pts. wt. nano-silica, 2-4 pts. wt. potassium titanate whiskers, 3-5 pts. wt. barium sulfate, 0.5-2 pts. wt. silane coupling agent, 1-3 pts. wt. dicumyl peroxide, 2-5 pts. wt. polyvinyl alcohol, 0.5-2 pts. wt. sodium dodecyl diphenyl ether disulfonate, 0.5-2 pts. wt. ethyl acetate, 2-6 pts. wt. dipropylene glycol monobutyl ether, 0.5-2 pts. wt. polyethylene wax, 0.5-2 pts. wt. hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, 0.2-1 pt. wt. leveling agent, 0.2-1 pt. wt. defoamer, 1-3 pts. wt. anti-rust agent and 10-20 pts. wt. deionized water. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of the modified graphene comprising adding graphene oxide, dimethylformamide (DMF), tetrahydrofuran (THF) and hydroquinone to reaction vessel, performing ultrasonic dispersion in ice bath at 0 degrees C, adding glycidyl methacrylate, ethanolamine and potassium carbonate, mixing, dispersing, heating, reacting, cooling, adding hexachlorocyclotriphosphazene, performing ultrasonic dispersion in ice bath at 0 degrees C, heating, reacting, centrifuging, washing and drying.
