▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - The station (70) has a circuit board arranged in a housing (72). Multiple processing components (86) are coupled to the circuit board to process information. Multiple ports (74) are coupled to the circuit board and interfaced with the processing component. The port is coupled with a cable to interface an external device. A piece of glass material is coated with graphene (80) and interfaced with the processing component to dissipate thermal energy from the processing component. A liquid metal embedded elastomer is thermally interfaced with the processing component and the glass material. The liquid metal embedded elastomer is coupled with elastic graphene (76) that is contacted with the piece of the glass material. USE - Portable information handling system docking station for thermal managing a liquid metal embedded elastomer. ADVANTAGE - The station rotates a lid housing portion on a main housing portion to protect a keyboard and a display, thus reducing system footprint for improving storage and mobility, dissipating the thermal energy of the processing component in a housing in efficient manner, vertically stacking multiple separate ceramic glass heat sink pieces in a low profile housing to dissipate excess thermal energy, enhancing passive thermal transfer with minimal Z-height by transferring the thermal energy from the processing component with the liquid metal embedded elastomer and the elastic graphene by utilizing a separate heat sink of graphene coated glass ceramic and forming a cooling channel along a glass housing interior side to aid in rejection of the thermal energy through airflow of the cooling channel and a glass via opening. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are also included for: (1) a method for managing thermal energy of a processing component;and (2) a heat sink.
