NOVELTY - An anti-adhesion hemostatic material is prepared by freeze-drying hydrogel, which is formed by composite cross-linking of methacryloyl chitosan, acrylamide and graphene oxide. USE - The anti-adhesion hemostatic material is useful for preparing anti-adhesion hemostatic dressing (claimed) for wound. ADVANTAGE - The anti-adhesion hemostatic material has rapid blood absorption, efficient coagulation stimulation and anti-wound adhesion properties, has good biological safety, and realize rapid and safe hemostasis on wounds. The material effectively avoid risks such as secondary bleeding in the post-treatment process of hemostasis while providing strong hemostatic effect, and improve the safety of hemostasis. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a preparation method of the anti-adhesion hemostatic material comprising (S1) stirring and mixing methacryloyl chitosan aqueous solution, graphene oxide aqueous solution and acrylamide aqueous solution to obtain brownish black CSA mixed solution, (S2) adding crosslinking agent solution and initiator solution to the brownish black CSA mixed solution to obtain a CSA cross-linked reaction mixed solution, (S3) pouring the CSA cross-linked reaction mixed solution into mold, and carrying out cross-linking reaction to obtain CSA cross-linked reaction product, and (S4) washing the CSA cross-linked reaction product, obtaining purified hydrogel, and freeze-drying to obtain the anti-adhesion hemostatic material.
