NOVELTY - A heat-resistant anti-static polyester powder coating comprises 68-70 pts. wt. polyester resin, 23-25 pts. wt. phenolic resin, 2.1-2.4 pts. wt. graphene, 1.4-1.7 pts. wt. titanium dioxide, 3-5 pts. wt. biuret, 4-6 pts. wt. tetramethyl piperidine amine, 16-17 pts. wt. zeolite powder, 3.4-3.7 pts. wt. chitosan oligosaccharide, 0.2-0.4 pts. wt. lithium silicate, 3.8-4.3 pts. wt. ( beta )-hydroxyalkylamide, and 6-8 pts. wt. pigment. USE - Heat-resistant anti-static polyester powder coating (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The anti-static polyester powder coating has improved stain resistance, has excellent anti-static effect and heat resistant property. The method produces the polyester powder coating by simple process and by easy operation. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for the preparation method of the heat-resistant anti-static polyester powder coating, which involves mixing phenolic epoxy resin and biuret, stirring, heating at 180-200 degrees C, adding lithium silicate, stirring at 200-300 rpm, dispersing for 4-6 minutes, cooling to room temperature, ball-milling for 1-2 hours, obtaining modified phenolic epoxy resin, dispersing zeolite powder in chitosan oligosaccharide mixture in a mass concentration of 5-8% aqueous solution to obtain suspension, placing suspension in water bath at 80-90 degrees C, keeping for 3-5 hours, adding titanium dioxide, ultrasonically dispersing, stirring for 30-40 minutes, dripping tetramethyl piperidine amine for 30-50 minutes, heat preserving for 30-50 minutes, adjusting the pH to 7-8, rapidly cooling to room temperature, filtering under reduced pressure, washing drying, providing polyester resin in a high speed mixer, adding the materials and other remaining ingredients, mixing, stirring, extruding the melt by the twin-screw extruder, tableting, air-cooling and milling to 160-180 mesh.
