NOVELTY - Anti-corrosive paint, comprises 80-95 wt.% photocurable coating precursor, and 5-20 wt.% nanoparticles in which the photocurable coating precursor includes hydrophobic agent, cross-linking agent and photoinitiator, the hydrophobic agent is unsaturated oleate having multifunctional double bond, and the cross-linking agent is mercapto derivatives. USE - The anti-corrosive paint is useful for metals in metal anticorrosion (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The anti-corrosive paint avoids the use of organic solvents, is simple and environmentally-friendly, short process, high utilization rate, and excellent corrosion resistance; utilizes functional nanoparticles which endows the substrate anticorrosion performance, light aging resistance and high temperature resistance to the coating, and satisfies the anti-corrosive paint in complex environments. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are also included for: Preparing anti-corrosive paint, comprising (i) mixing hydrophobic agent, cross-linking agent and photoinitiator, stirring uniformly, and then performing ultraviolet irradiation treatment to obtain photocurable coating precursor, and (ii) adding nanoparticles into photocurable coating precursor, and stirring uniformly to obtain final product; and Use of anti-corrosive paint for metal in metal anticorrosion, comprising coating the anti-corrosive paint for metal on the surface of the metal and performing heat curing process to obtain anticorrosion coating.
