PVC, 4 pts. wt. pentaerythritol, 2 pts. wt. calcium stearate, 8 pts. wt. epoxy resin, 0.5 pt. wt. active calcium carbonate, 0.3 pt. wt. nano montmorillonite, 1 pt. wt. plasticizer, 10 pts. wt. nitrile rubber, 3 pts. wt. triethyl citrate, 5 pts. wt. methyl methacrylate, 0.2 pt. wt. graphene and 1 pt. wt. auxiliary agent. The auxiliary agent comprises konjac flour, epoxidized soybean oil, hydrotalcite and acrylamide. The plasticizer is prepared by mixing dibutyl phthalate and tributyl acetyl citrate. USE - Wear-resistant PVC inflatable boat material (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The inflatable boat material has high flexibility, high strength, excellent tensile properties, high hardness, high elongation at break, excellent wear resistance, excellent compatibility for various components and high dispersion, excellent anti-aging ability and stability to light and heat, high impact strength and high hydrophobicity. The contact angle of the inflatable boat material is greater than 150 degree. The service life of the inflatable boat material can reach 8-10 years. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - A wear-resistant PVC inflatable boat material comprises 135 pts. wt. PVC, 4 pts. wt. pentaerythritol, 2 pts. wt. calcium stearate, 8 pts. wt. epoxy resin, 0.5 pt. wt. active calcium carbonate, 0.3 pt. wt. nano montmorillonite, 1 pt. wt. plasticizer, 10 pts. wt. nitrile rubber, 3 pts. wt. triethyl citrate, 5 pts. wt. methyl methacrylate, 0.2 pt. wt. graphene and 1 pt. wt. auxiliary agent. The auxiliary agent comprises 30 wt.% konjac flour, 50 wt.% epoxidized soybean oil, 2 wt.% hydrotalcite and 18 wt.% acrylamide. The auxiliary agent is prepared by adding konjac flour, epoxidized soybean oil, hydrotalcite and acrylamide into a high-mixer in respective percentages and stirring the mixture at 85 degrees C at a speed of 1200 rpm for 30 minutes. The active calcium carbonate is prepared by immersing the calcium carbonate in 3.5 %mass maleic acid solution for 10 minutes, filtering, then adding 5.5 %mass stearic acid solution, grinding, maintaining the milling temperature at 48-52 degrees C, grinding for 25 minutes, filtering, washing and drying. The nano montmorillonite is pretreated by adding the nano montmorillonite into 4.7 %mass sodium hydroxide solution, adjusting the temperature to 2-4 degrees C, immersing for 20 minutes, rapidly increasing the temperature to 68 degrees C, heat-preserving for 10 minutes and naturally cooling to room temperature, filtering, washing and drying. The plasticizer is prepared by mixing dibutyl phthalate and tributyl acetyl citrate in a mass ratio of 2:1. The PVC is pretreated by immersing the PVC in a stearic acid solution having a mass concentration of 6.8% for 20 minutes, filtering, washing and drying. The nitrile rubber is pretreated by adding nitrile rubber with 1 %mass mixture of bentonite and diatomaceous earth, heating at 128 degrees C, mixing, and stirring at 550 rpm for 25 minutes and naturally cooling to room temperature. The mass ratio of bentonite and diatomaceous earth in bentonite and diatomaceous earth mixture is 1:1. PVC, 4 pts. wt. pentaerythritol, 2 pts. wt. calcium stearate, 8 pts. wt. epoxy resin, 0.5 pt. wt. activated calcium carbonate, 0.3 pt. wt. nano montmorillonite, 1 pt. plasticizer, 10 pts. wt. nitrile rubber, 3 pts. wt. triethyl citrate, 5 pts. wt. methyl methacrylate, 0.2 pt. wt. graphene and 1 pt. wt. auxiliary agent, (ii) homogeneously mixing PVC and nitrile rubber, heating at initial temperature of 135 degrees C for 15 minutes, adding active calcium carbonate, nano montmorillonite and graphene, continually heating slowly, increasing the temperature to 180 degrees C for 1 hour, stirring at 600 rpm for 30 minutes, slowly cooling to room temperature, and then adding pentaerythritol, calcium stearate, epoxy resin, plasticizer, triethyl citrate, methyl methacrylate and auxiliary agent, mixing and high-speed stirring and blending, pre-plasticizing, and then transferring to an extruder for granulation.
