▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - The structure (110) has a triangular shaped gold nano-plate attached to a substrate i.e. transmission electron microscope grid substrate. A graphene is wrapped around the gold nano-plate. The gold nano-plate is arranged at a predetermined interval and arranged in a bow tie form, where ion is at high energy state to penetrate deep into a human body, proton of energy of 250 mega electron volt penetrates the human body to depth of 20 cm and carbon ions (120) are accelerated and localized in a tumor (130) in the body of a patient when a laser beam (100) is radiated to the structure. USE - Graphene-gold nanoplate structure for treating human lesion tissue i.e. cancer tissue, of a patient. ADVANTAGE - The structure is economical. The structure occupies small space and needs a small area for a radiation shield, so that annual maintenance cost is reduced. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - The nano-plate is fabricated by using sodium citrate. INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are also included for the following: (1) a method for fabricating a graphene-gold nanoplate (2) a method for accelerating carbon ions.
