NOVELTY - High thermally conductive graphene oxide melamine resin comprises 0.3-0.5 pts. nano tin powder, 0.4-0.6 pts. silicon carbide nanofiber, 20-25 pts. melamine, 40-45 pts. aqueous formaldehyde (37%), 1.8-2.1 pts. graphene oxide, 0.7-0.9 pts. trifluoroethyl methacrylate, 0.7-0.9 pts. polyacrylonitrile, proper amount of dimethylformamide, 0.2-0.3 pts. polyoxyethylene, proper amount of dimethylformamide/dichloromethane (in a volume ratio of 1:1) solvent, 0.3-0.5 pts. tert-butyl hydrogen peroxide, proper amount of citric acid, proper amount of alkaline pH regulator AMP-95 and proper amount of ethanol. USE - Used as graphene oxide melamine resin. ADVANTAGE - The resin has good abrasion resistance, low thermal expansion coefficient and high-temperature intensity. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing graphene oxide melamine resin, comprising: (i) dissolving polyacrylonitrile in dimethylformamide to obtain 4 wt.% solution, dissolving polyethylene oxide in dimethylformamide/dichloromethane complex solvent to obtain 4 wt.% solution, mixing the two solutions, adding nano-tin powder, silicon carbide nanofiber and graphene oxide, stirring, adding trifluoroethyl methacrylate and tert-butyl hydroperoxide, heating to 60-70 degrees C by stirring for 1-2 hours, filtering, washing the filter cake with ethanol for 2-3 times to obtain modified graphene oxide; (ii) mixing melamine and 37% aqueous formaldehyde, heating to 70-75 degrees C, stirring for complete dissolution, adding modified graphene oxide, stirring for 10-20 minutes, adjusting its pH to 8-9 using pH regulator, reacting for 3-4 hours to obtain graphene oxide-containing melamine resin pre-polymer; and (iii) placing the pre-polymer in a vacuum oven at 30 degrees C, removing water, adjusting its pH to 5-6 using citric acid, placing in oven at 50 degrees C, curing for 8-9 hours and molding.
