▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparation of graphene-inorganic nanoparticle composite film involves mixing graphene oxide solution, inorganic nanoparticles with particle diameter of 1-500 nm, and water soluble reducing agent in flat hollow reactor, heating at 60-95 degrees C to carry out reduction reaction to obtain flat graphene-inorganic nano-composite hydrogel and drying to obtain composite film. The water-soluble reducing agent is ascorbic acid, sodium ascorbate, sodium citrate, hydroiodic acid, hydrobromic acid, sodium bisulfite, sodium sulfide or ethylenediamine. USE - Method for preparing graphene-inorganic nanoparticle composite film (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The graphene-inorganic nanoparticle composite film has excellent mechanical property, simple structure, low material cost, mild reaction condition and simple preparation. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for the preparation of graphene oxide solution comprising mixing graphite, concentrated sulfuric acid and water, filtering, drying to obtain pre-oxidized graphite, performing thermal expansion at 400-900 degrees C for 10-30 seconds, adding concentrated sulfuric acid, potassium persulfate and phosphorus pentoxide at 80-90 degrees C, mixing, adding water, filtering, drying, adding concentrated sulfuric acid at 0-5 degrees C, mixing, adding potassium permanganate, reacting, adding hydrogen peroxide, standing, centrifuging, washing precipitate, adding water and stirring.
