NOVELTY - Environmentally friendly high and low temperature adhesive comprises 90-100 pts. wt. aqueous polyurethane, 40-50 pts. wt. modified rosin resin, 10-20 pts. wt. vegetable gum, 25-32 pts. wt. ethylene-acrylate-maleic anhydride copolymer, 5-9 pts. wt. graphene dispersions, 5-9 pts. wt. nano aluminum powder, 3-5 pts. wt. zinc phosphate, 10-15 pts. wt. inorganic filler, 4-5 pts. wt. initiator and 0.3-0.5 pts. wt. crosslinking agent. USE - The adhesive is useful for electronic products (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The adhesive changes the thermal and electrical conductivity; avoids adhesion due to device heating; dissipates heat from the object; and is capable of radiating heat to hot electronic components.
