▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Method for preparing antibody-modified hydrophilic graphene film material involves uniformly fixing graphene thin film on double-sided adhesive substrate, coating chitosan layer by coupling reaction, grafting polyamidoamine (PAMAM) dendrimer molecules to chitosan through glutaraldehyde crosslinking method, covalently conjugating modified antibody on surface of the graphene film material using carbodiimide and obtaining thin film material having immune recognition and capture function. USE - The method is useful for preparing antibody-modified hydrophilic graphene film material, which is used for capturing prostate cancer cell DU145 and human cervical cancer cell Hela, and antigens corresponding to antibodies on tumor cell membrane (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method exhibits 85 plus minus 3% tumor cell capture efficiency within 45 minutes. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for use of antibody-modified hydrophilic graphene film material for capturing prostate cancer cell DU145 and human cervical cancer cell Hela.
