NOVELTY - A portable dressing comprises a gel layer, a barrier layer, an absorption layer, a soft conductive layer and a soft film layer that are sequentially connected. The gel layer is hollow and has an edge structure formed by gel. The barrier layer comprises a first sub-layer and a second sub-layer, where the first sub-layer and the second sub-layer are arranged at two ends of the portable dressing. The absorption layer comprises a third sub-layer and a fourth sub-layer, where the third sub-layer and the fourth sub-layer are respectively arranged in a projection of the first sub-layer and the second sub-layer. The soft conductive layer comprises through hole, which are negative pressure hole, a flow guide channel is arranged around the negative pressure hole on the surface in contact with the absorption layer, and the flow guide channel is respectively connected with the third sub-layer and the fourth sub-layer. USE - The portable dressing is useful for healing wound. ADVANTAGE - The portable dressing avoids the negative pressure hole blocking, and has strong exudate treatment ability with good healing effect.
