NOVELTY - Two-dimensional code label coating comprises chromium-plated layer (102), waterproof layer (103) and oil-proof layer (104) from inside to outside in sequence. The waterproof layer is polyurethane film. The oilproof layer is graphene and fluorocarbon composite coating. USE - Two-dimensional code label coating for maritime equipment used in marine environment such as ocean atmosphere in identification protection material field. ADVANTAGE - The two-dimensional code label coating has excellent water resistance, corrosion resistance, oil stain resistance, wear resistance, moisture resistance, and waterproof performance. The readability of two-dimensional code label is ensureed. The laser marking method has procedures, which reduces the number of operators and labor costs, high qualification rate and low production cost, is superior to existing production process in terms of appearance and stability, does not need to use a lot of chemical reagents, less pollution, and is an advanced and environmentally friendly process technology. The coating produced has good environmental adaptability and corrosion resistance, stable performance, and is suitable for the production of signs for marine equipment products. The surface of the label has a suitable surface roughness, and makes the bonding strength between label and coating better.
