▎ 摘 要

NOVELTY - The preparation method of flexible copper-doped vertical graphene micro-electrode, involves: dropping saturated copper sulphate solution on a tantalum wire after grinding and cleaning, then carrying out infrared irradiation to make it decompose into copper oxide and uniformly attaching on the tantalum wire, obtaining precursor of tantalum micro-wire surface attached with copper catalyst called as copper oxide/tantalum wire; using an electron assisted hot filament chemical vapor deposition (EA-HFCVD) device, under the reduction of methane/hydrogen, reducing the copper oxide of the copper oxide/tantalum wire surface to copper to obtain copper nano particles/tantalum micro wire; using the EA-HFCVD device, taking methane as carbon source, growing graphene on the surface of the copper nano particle/tantalum micro-wire, forming vertical growth graphene of copper doping on the surface of the tantalum micro-wire. USE - Preparation method of flexible copper-doped vertical graphene micro-electrode. ADVANTAGE - The microelectrode has low detection limit, wide detection range, high sensitivity and strong stability , when detecting epinephrine and/or 2-amino adenine nucleosides. The method is low, and the manufacturing technique is simple, and the operation is convenient. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for: (1) the flexible copper doped vertical microelectrode graphene; and (2) use of the flexible copper-doped vertical microelectrode graphene as an electrochemical sensor for detecting epinephrine and/or 2-amino adenine nucleosides.
