NOVELTY - Preparing modified anti-corrosion super-hydrophobic integrated coating comprises (i) preparing graphene titanium dioxide complex by graphene and tetrabutyl titanate, (ii) preparing zinc-aluminum hydrotalcite anticorrosive material by sodium metavanadate, zinc chloride and aluminum chloride, (iii) performing surface modification to the graphene titanium dioxide complex in the step (i) by dopamine hydrochloride and zinc-aluminum hydrotalcite anticorrosive material in the step (ii) to obtain dopamine-modified complex material, (iv) preparing polydimethylsiloxane (PDMS) organic emulsion by polydimethylsiloxane and tetrahydrofuran, and (v) preparing the modified anti-corrosion superhydrophobic integrated coating by dopamine-modified complex material in the step (iii) and PDMS organic emulsion in the step (iv). USE - The modified anticorrosive super-hydrophobic integrated coating is useful in the field of marine anticorrosion (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The coating has better anti-corrosion and super-hydrophobic effect; extends the service life of the coating on the protective substrate. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for modified anticorrosive superhydrophobic integrated coating prepared by the above mentioned method.
