NOVELTY - High-strength flexible heatproof cable comprises a cable core and a cable material. The cable material comprises 40-50 pts. wt. styrene butadiene rubber, 0.5-1.5 pts. wt. stearic acid, 2-3 pts. wt. phenolic resin, 2-3 pts. wt. modified carbon fiber, 1.5-3 pts. wt. palmitic acid monoglyceride, 0.5-0.8 pts. wt. anti-aging agent, 3-6 pts. wt. antioxidant, 3-5 pts. wt. lubricant, 3-5 pts. wt. softener and 2-4 pts. wt. flame retardant. The preparation of modified carbon fiber comprises adding graphene oxide into absolute ethanol, stirring for 5-10 minutes, adding hydroxylated multi-walled carbon nano tubes, dispersing ultrasonically for 1-2 hours, adding coupling agent, stirring at 45-55degrees Celsius for 6-8 hours, washing with deionized water for 2-3 times, adding into dimethylsulfoxide, adding benzoin diethyl ether, reacting at room temperature for 8-10 hours, soaking in absolute ethanol for 24-28 hours and drying in a vacuum oven to obtain carbon fiber. USE - Used as high-strength flexible heatproof cable. ADVANTAGE - The high-strength flexible heatproof cable: can be used in a more severe environment; and has breaking and heat resistance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing high-strength flexible heatproof cable, comprising (i) adding the styrene butadiene rubber, stearic acid, phenolic resin and modified carbon fiber into the stirrer, heating to 160-180degrees Celsius, stirring for 10-20 minutes, adding palmitic acid monoglyceride, anti-aging agent, antioxidant, lubricant, softening agent and flame retardant, stirring at 190-200degrees Celsius for 10-15 minutes, adding the stirred material into extruding machine and cutting the plastic melt extrusion into granular cable material by rotary cutter; and (ii) screening the produced particles by vibration sieve filter to obtain unqualified particles, extruding into insulating layer with thickness of 3 mm by an extruder at 100-120degrees Celsius, coating on the cable core by injection molding and twisting the cable core and the insulating layer together.
