NOVELTY - Preparing cermet cutter material involves: (i) pouring powders i.e. titanium carbonitride, tungsten carbide, molybdenum carbide, nickel and cobalt into ball milling tank, and ball milling by using absolute ethyl alcohol as ball milling medium; (ii) dissolving polyvinylpyrrolidone in absolute ethyl alcohol, pouring graphene, and mechanically stirring and dispersing by using ultrasonic dispersing machine; (iii) pouring nano-aluminum oxide into absolute ethyl alcohol solution, and mechanically stirring and dispersing by using ultrasonic dispersing machine; and (iv) pouring solution obtained in step (ii) and step (iii) into ball milled slurry, ball milling, pouring into clean glass vessel, placing into vacuum drying oven, heating and drying, cooling to room temperature, sieving, filling into inner sleeve of metal mold, pressing by powder tableting machine, and sintering. USE - Preparation method of cermet cutter material used in ceramic cutter. ADVANTAGE - The cermet cutter material has excellent comprehensive mechanical property, and can meet requirement of market to increasing performance of the ceramic cutter, which is good for further expanding application range of the ceramic cutter, and improves toughness of the ceramic cutter when cutting at high speed.
