▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Temperately functionalizing graphene comprises selectively oxygenated group having select sp3to sp2ratio in the range of 0.5 to 0.3 and with D/G ratio < 0.1, providing minimum defective aromatic hexagonal carbon basal plane along with surfactant free water dispersion in the range of 0.01 mg/l to 2.5 mg /l suitable as a strength enhancing active in cementitious materials even with reduced clinker factor of cement favouring generation of green cement. USE - Temperately functionalizing graphene used for making environment friendly green cement composition (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The temperately functionalizing graphene enhances cement performance by 28% and reduces carbon dioxide emission approx. 18% - 30% by lowering the 20% to 30% clinker factor of cements. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for: 1. Environment friendly green cement composition including the temperately functionalized graphene, which comprises upto 30 wt.% preferably in the range of 20 to 30 wt.% and co-acting temperately functionalized graphene (TFG) in amounts of 0.008 wt.% to 0.022 wt.% preferably 0.012 wt.% having enhanced cement performance by 10 wt.% to 26 wt.% and reduced carbon dioxide emissions by 18 wt.% to 30 wt.% with limited reduced clinker of upto 20-30 wt.%; 2. A method for preparing temperately functionalized graphene, which involves providing graphite powder, providing oxidizing agent comprising of a non-chlorine bleach, carrying out selective and moderate oxygen functionalization inducing hydrophilicity in TFG with water dispersibility free of any surfactant such as to produce select sp3to sp2ratio in the range of 0.5 to 0.3 and with D/G ratio; and 3. A method for manufacturing environment friendly green cement, which involves providing temperately functionalized graphene (TFG) comprising selectively oxygen functionalized TFG) having select sp3 to sp2 ratio in the range of 0.5 to 0.3 and with D/G ratio providing minimum defective aromatic hexagonal carbon basal plane along with surfactant free water dispersion in the range of 0.01 mg/L to 2.5 mg /l, selectively adding the thus provided temperately functionalized graphene (TFG) to cement following anyone or more of cement production of (a) pre- grinding time and (b ) during cement mixing as post grinding additive to produce the desired product.
