▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Antibacterial modified nano composite material comprises silver-loaded nanometer titanium material, graphene oxide, nanometer ceramic material, and nanometer hydroxyapatite composite, performing polyethylene glycol (PEG) modification and improving load of bone growth factor. USE - The material is useful for promoting growth of bone and preparing bone filling material (claimed), all kinds of bone defect and bone injury filling and repairing. ADVANTAGE - The method has simple operation. The material: has good biological compatibility and bone integrity and good antibacterial effect, strong mechanical performance, bone cell proliferation and differentiation, quick speed and small cell toxicity; and is ideal bone implant material. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing material comprising (i) preparing silver-loaded titanium nanometer material by a plasma immersion ion implantation method to obatin silver-carrying nanometer titanium material, where the vacuum degree is 2-2.5 x 103, the negative voltage pulse is -30 kV to -50 kV, pulse duration is 700~900 mu second, and the frequency is 10-15 Hz, plasma immersion time is 1-3 hours, (ii) preparing nano-composite material: dispersing the silver-carried nanometer material into 20 ml ultra-pure water, and then adding 50 mu of Tween-20 (RTM: Polysorbate 20), placing on the ultrasonic machine to ultrasonic disperse for 10 minutes, then stirring and adding oxidized graphene, nanometer ceramic material, and nanometer hydroxyapatite, fully stirring for 20 minutes, and then ultrasonically dispersing for 10 minutes to obtain nanometer composite material, and (iii) adding modified nanometer composite material into 4000-10000 PEG solution, then 5-20 mu adding bone cell growth factor, continuously stirring and reacting for 30-120 minutes to obtain the material.
