The microwave power generated by the plasma is 300-500 Watt. The reaction kettle is then introduced with oxygen gas in advance for a certain period of time to obtain a uniform and dense nucleation point on the surface of the oxidized graphene particles. USE - Method for preparing graphene-based nano-metal oxide photocatalytic adsorbing material (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method enables to prepare graphene-based nano-metal oxide photocatalytic adsorbing material that has high activity and high adsorptivity. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing graphene-based nano-metal oxide photocatalytic adsorbing material involves adding graphene oxide in a reaction kettle, setting the pressure of the kettle to 5asterisk10-4-10-3 Pascal and temperature of the kettle to 200-700 degrees C. The microwave power generated by the plasma is 300-500 Watt. The reaction kettle is then introduced with oxygen gas in advance for a certain period of time to obtain a uniform and dense nucleation point on the surface of the oxidized graphene particles. The metal target is introduced with pulse impact by using a laser light source in an inert atmosphere and the metal target is then gasified to obtain a metal pulse gas source in the reactor. The plasma is used for carrying out oxidation reaction between the pulse gas source of metal and the surface of the graphene oxide particle to obtain the nano-metal oxide photocatalytic adsorbing material on the surface of the graphene oxide particle. The nanometer metal oxide is a semiconductor nanometer metal oxide.
