▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing lithium-carbon coated graphene/tin(IV) oxide composite material comprises (1) using hydrothermal method to prepare graphene/SnO2 composite material, (2) ultrasonically dispersing the graphene/SnO2 composite material in the step (1) into the aqueous solution of organic carbon source, and evaporating the solvent, pyrolyzing for 4-7 hours at high temperature of 800-1000degrees Celsius to obtain the graphene/SnO2 composite material coated with carbon, (3) under the vacuum condition, grinding the graphene/SnO2 composite material and lithium powder coated by carbon in the step (2) in a ball mill to obtain mixed powder, mixing the mixed powder under the vacuum condition, heating to the lithium powder in the molten state, cooling to room temperature to obtain the product. USE - The method is useful for preparing lithium-carbon coated graphene/tin(IV) oxide composite material. ADVANTAGE - The method improves the charge migration ability of the whole lithium ion battery. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for lithium carbon coated graphene/SnO2 composite material prepared by above method.
