NOVELTY - High damping rubber comprises 80-120 pts. wt. chlorinated butyl rubber, 20-60 pts. wt. carbon black, 10-50 pts. wt. graphene coated PZT ceramic powder, 2-5 pts. wt. low molecular wax, 6-15 pts. wt. naphthenic oil, 0.2 -1 pts. wt. magnesium oxide, 1-3 pts. wt. sulfur, 1-5 pts. wt. vulcanized agent, 2-6 pts. wt. zinc oxide, 0.5- 1.5 pts. wt. accelerator, and 1-6 pts. wt. petroleum resin. USE - High damping rubber. ADVANTAGE - The high damping rubber does not need extra conductive material so that rubber processing more convenient and more excellent comprehensive performance, and effectively overcomes conventional PZT ceramic and conductive carbon black composite filling rubber performance bad. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing a high damping rubber, which involves: (A) plasticizing chlorinated butyl rubber into open mill for 5-10 minutes at temperature of 50-80 degrees C; and (B) putting obtained chlorobutyl rubber into an internal mixer, and adding low-molecular wax, petroleum resin, carbon black, magnesium oxide, graphene-coated PZT ceramic powder, naphthenic oil, and zinc oxide, kneading at 70-85 degrees C for 5-15 minutes, cooling mixture to room temperature, adding sulfur, vulcanizing agent and accelerator and kneading at room temperature for 5-15 minutes to discharge, to obtain final product.
