DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparation of graphene material involves dispersing graphite under stirring in strong acid, adding strong oxidant under ice-cooling, removing ice bath after the reaction for 12-60 hours at room temperature, adding water to the system under ice-cooling, continuing stirring for 0.5-10 hours, adding hydrogen peroxide, pouring mixture to the system, washing with water to neutral, obtaining graphite oxide solution phase, dispersing graphite oxide solution into the water phase under peel strength of 100-1000 W for 0.5-10 hours, adding ultrasound graphene oxide dispersion, adding hydrazine hydrate to graphene oxide dispersion, reacting at 60-100 degrees C for 0.5-10 hours, obtaining graphene dispersion, adding hydrazine hydrate with concentration of 80%, filtering obtained graphene dispersion, quickly transferring solid to the graphene methanol, washing and placing in an ultrasonic least for 1 minute, washing to water and methanol, again washing with methanol, and suction filtering solid, adding graphene to water, ultrasonic fully dispersing and lyophilizing. The ratio of graphite, strong acid, strong oxidizers, water and hydrogen peroxide is 1 g:30-65 mL:2-6 g:30-100 mL: 1 ~ 10 mL. The ratio of water and graphite is 1.5-6 L:1 g. The ratio of graphite and hydrazine hydrate is 15-30 mL:1 g.
