▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Production of ammonia borane hydrogen comprises weighing urea, phthalic anhydride, ammonium molybdate, and cobalt chloride hexahydrate in a 500 mL beaker, heating, stirring an oil bath at a certain temperature, cooling to room temperature, microwave heating, cooling to room temperature, adding sodium hydroxide solution, boiling for 30 minutes, grinding, suction filtering, washing until neutral, drying, grinding, dissolving ith concentrated sulfuric acid, diluting with deionized water, filtering, washing to neutral, drying, grinding, and calcining at high temperature to obtain cobalt aza graphene-based catalyst; and adding catalyst, reaction substrate and solvent to a two-necked flask, using controlled variable method to design experiments under different conditions, and investigating effect of catalyst on the rate of ammonia borane hydrolysis under different conditions. USE - The method is used for producing ammonia borane hydrogen. ADVANTAGE - The product has super high hydrogen density of 19.6 wt.%, good thermal stability and chemical stability, fast hydrogen production rate at 298 K with 15% sodium hydroxide, turnover frequency value of 54 moL hydrogen gas.minute.moL calcium, and apparent activation energy of 27.1 kJ/mol.
