NOVELTY - Preparing anti-ultraviolet aging wear-resistant shoe comprises adding carboxylated graphene oxide to thionyl chloride, heating, magnetically stirring, distilling off the excess thionyl chloride under vacuum, washing the residue with anhydrous tetrahydrofuran, and drying to obtain acyl chloride oxide graphene, adding acyl chloride oxide graphene to N,N-dimethylformamide, ultrasonically treating, adding 2,4-dihydroxy benaophenonel, heating, magnetically stirring, adding gamma -aminopropyltriethoxysilane modified white carbon black, centrifuging, washing the solid substance with absolute ethanol, and drying to obtain 2,4-dihydroxybenzophenone and white carbon black chemically bonded graphene oxide, adding styrene-butadiene rubber in a double-roll mill, adding e.g. active agent, anti-aging agent, 2,4-dihydroxybenzophenone and white carbon black chemically bonded graphene oxide, accelerant, and cross-linking agent, continuously thinning, and discharging, heating, and vulcanizing molding. USE - The method is useful for preparing anti-ultraviolet aging wear-resistant shoe. ADVANTAGE - The shoe: has excellent anti-ultraviolet aging resistance; high abrasion resistance, good mechanical properties, light weight, and has no-toxicity. The method: is safe, environmentally friendly, especially in higher ultraviolet intensity in coastal areas of low latitude and high altitude; and has high economic value and social benefits. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing anti-ultraviolet aging wear-resistant shoe comprises (a) adding 0.002-0.1 g carboxylated graphene oxide to 10-500 ml thionyl chloride, heating at 80-100 degrees C, magnetically stirring for 3-6 hours, distilling off the excess thionyl chloride under vacuum, washing the residue with anhydrous tetrahydrofuran, and drying under vacuum at 60 degrees C for 24 hours to obtain acyl chloride oxide graphene, then adding acyl chloride oxide graphene to 10-500 ml N,N-dimethylformamide, ultrasonically treating at room temperature for 20-60 minutes, adding 0.01-0.5 g 2,4-dihydroxy benaophenonel, heating at 60-80 degrees C, magnetically stirring for 2-6 hours, adding 1-5 g gamma -aminopropyltriethoxysilane modified white carbon black, continuing magnetically stirring for 4-18 hours, centrifuging the mixture, thoroughly washing the separated solid substance with 100-500 ml absolute ethanol, and drying under vacuum at 60 degrees C for 24 hours to obtain 2,4-dihydroxybenzophenone and white carbon black chemically bonded graphene oxide, and (b) adding 100 g styrene-butadiene rubber in a double-roll mill, controlling the roll temperature at 40-50 degrees C for 2-4 minutes, then sequentially adding 6-10 g softening agent, 3-5 g active agent, 3-6 g anti-aging agent, 25-50 g 2,4-dihydroxybenzophenone and white carbon black chemically bonded graphene oxide, 2-5 g accelerant, and 1-5 g cross-linking agent within 20-30 minutes, continuously thinning for 4-8 times, and discharging to obtain 2,4-dihydroxybenzophenone and white carbon black chemically bonded graphene oxide/styrene-butadiene rubber, then heating the rubber at 50-90 degrees C in an open kneader, carrying out vulcanizing molding in a rain shoe mold at a molding temperature of 150-170 degrees C under the pressure of 10-14 MPa for 20-40 minutes.
