▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - The flexible printed circuit comprises a flexible plastic substrate, where a layer of functionalized graphene-based ink is attached to a surface of the flexible plastic substrate according to a conductive trace pattern of the circuit. The copper is deposited and attached to the surface of the functionalized graphene-based ink, where a material for the flexible plastic substrate is selected from a group of polyimide, polyester, epoxy, the fluorocarbon films and the aramid papers. The functionalized graphene-based ink is provided with a modified graphene oxide, where the functionalized graphene-based ink is provided with the functionalized graphene, the dispersants, the solvents, the binders and the thickeners. The surface the functionalized graphene is provided with a functional group, which is selected from the group of oxygen, lactol, ester, hydroxyl, epoxy and ketone. USE - Flexible printed circuit for use in a wide range of applications, such as the computers and peripherals, the communication products, the consumer electronics, the vehicles and a military hardware. ADVANTAGE - The flexible plastic substrate is provided, where a layer of functionalized graphene-based ink is attached to a surface of the flexible plastic substrate according to a conductive trace pattern of the circuit, and hence ensures forming a conductive trace by the functionalized graphene-based ink with the excellent adhesion and flexibility and increases the reliability of a flexible printed circuit. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for manufacturing the flexible printed circuits.
