▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - The present invention provides a method for preparing a graphene-bismuth oxide composite material and a graphene-bismuth oxide composite material prepared therefrom. The preparation method comprises the following steps of: (a) preparing an aqueous graphene oxide solution; (b) mixing the aqueous graphene oxide solution and an aqueous solution of bismuth nitrate and performing at a temperature of 150 DEG C to 250 DEG C and a pressure of 0.5 to 1.5 million pascal a hydrothermal reaction for obtaining a precursor of reduced graphene oxide-bismuth oxide; and (c) calcining the precursor at 250 DEG C to 600 DEG C to obtain a graphene-bismuth oxide composite material. In addition, the electrode material comprising the aforementioned graphene-bismuth oxide composite material has good electrical properties and is applicable to supercapacitors.
