NOVELTY - A preparation of large-area nano-carbon material, involves providing carboxylated water-soluble nanocarbons including carbon nanotubes and graphene oxide, dispersing the carboxylated water-soluble nanocarbon in water, and then adjusting the pH value of the resulting dispersion to obtain a nanocarbon dispersion, and immersing a metal substrate in the nano-carbon dispersion liquid to perform self-assembly growth of nano-carbon. The metal substrate is metal wire, metal foil, metal mesh or foamed metal. USE - Preparation of large-area nano-carbon material (claimed) used in energy chemical and environmental chemical applications. ADVANTAGE - The method enables preparation of large-area nano-carbon material with metal support load, low raw material consumption, simple and easy operation, and strong scalability.
