▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Surface-enhanced Raman spectroscopy (SERS) virus detection chip comprises a SERS substrate, a graphene (3) arranged on the SERS substrate, and an angiotensin-converting enzyme 2 (ACE2) biological probe (4) arranged on the graphene. The SERS substrate includes a silicon (Si)/ silica (SiO2) wafer (1) as a base and metal nanostructures (2) above it. USE - Surface-enhanced Raman spectroscopy (SERS) virus detection chip for detecting coronavirus. ADVANTAGE - The surface-enhanced Raman spectroscopy virus detection chip achieves high-sensitivity detection of coronaviruses with fast and efficient, and higher capture efficiency. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparing SERS virus detection chip, which involves preparing metal nanostructures on Si/SiO2 wafers to form SERS substrates, transferring the single-layer CVD graphene to the SERS substrate, modifying ACE2 on graphene to form a crown detection probe, and completing preparation of SERS virus detection chip. DESCRIPTION OF DRAWING(S) - The drawing shows a schematic view of surface-enhanced Raman spectroscopy virus detection chip. 1Silicon/silica wafer 2metal nanostructures 3Graphene 4Angiotensin-converting enzyme 2 biological probe
