▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing sheet-shaped composite thin-film resistance gas sensor comprises mixing graphene oxide with deionized water to make a solution of 0.5 mg.ml-1 and sonicating, and dropping 80% hydrazine hydrate under heating conditions, reacting in a water bath, washing with ethanol and deionized water, and vacuum drying, dispersing the prepared reduced graphene oxide by ultrasonic using dimethylformamide as solvent, dripping onto the aluminum interdigital electrode, and drying to obtain the reduced graphene oxide modified layer with a sheet-shaped structure, and evaporating a vanadyl phthalocyanine gas sensitive layer on the reduced graphene oxide modified layer. The method utilizing resistance device structure including a glass substrate (1), aluminum interdigital electrode (2), reduced graphene oxide modified layer (3) and vanadyl phthalocyanine gas-sensitive layer (4). USE - Method for preparing sheet-shaped composite thin-film resistance gas sensor for monitoring toxic and harmful gas. ADVANTAGE - The method has simple preparation technique and low cost. The gas sensor has high sensitivity and can work at room temperature. The method improves the response degree of the sensor. DESCRIPTION OF DRAWING(S) - The drawing shows a schematic diagram of the structure of a gas sensor based on sheet composite thin film resistance Glass substrate (1) Aluminum interdigital electrode (2) Reduced graphene oxide modified layer (3) Vanadyl phthalocyanine gas-sensitive layer (4)
