▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Method of recycling of sludge waste involves (s1) receiving (20) dry sludge powder from forging process, (s2) removing (30) iron and iron oxides from the dry sludge powder to obtain powder (p1) comprising a predefined amount of graphite, (s3) milling (40) the powder (p1) using ball milling technique to obtain a powder (p2) comprising a predefined amount of two dimensional graphene, (s4) adding (50) a predetermined amount of graphite to the powder (p2) to obtain a mixture, and (s5) converting (60) the predetermined amount of graphite present in the mixture to graphene using the ball milling technique. USE - Method of recycling of sludge waste for producing lubricant as isolated carbon source used in forging application. ADVANTAGE - The method enables recycling of sludge waste capable of producing lubricant with excellent lubricity.
