▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing asymmetric hydrophilic-hydrophobic composite bipolar plate on surface of integrated cathode and anode plates comprises (a) dispersing epoxy resin, curing agent and conductive additive to obtain premix, (b) adding expanded graphite into the uniform resin and conductive additive premix, and ball milling, respectively preparing hydrophilic modified graphite/resin/conductive additive composite material, hydrophobic modified graphite/resin/conductive additive composite material and unmodified graphite/resin/conductive additive composite material, and adding into the pressure shaft of the first upper mold, vacuuming and exhausting pre-compression to form a high-density prefabricated panel, and (d) replacing the smooth first lower mold blocking plate with the second lower mold blocking plate with anode flow channel and hydrophilic micro-nano structure reverse structure on the contact material side, heating, and curing, and cooling to demold. ADVANTAGE - The method enables to prepare asymmetric hydrophilic and hydrophobic composite bipolar plate on surface of integrated cathode and cathode plate, which improves the hydrophilicity of the surface anode, hydrophobicity of cathode surface, enhances the back diffusion effect of the battery reaction product water in the film electrode, makes the water distribution tend to self-balanced state, simplifies the battery humidifying auxiliary fitting, improves the battery efficiency and reduces the cost.
