▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Synthesizing transition metal carbide nano-array involves (a) growing a transition metal oxide with a nano-array structure on a substrate to obtain a transition metal oxide nano-array, (b) using transition metal oxide nanoarrays as a substrate, and depositing graphene nanosheets on its surface, and (c) processing the graphene nanosheets loaded on the metal oxide template under the condition that the current is 0-20 A and the voltage is 40-80 V, reacting the graphene with the metal oxide, and the processing time is 20-100 ms. USE - The method is useful for synthesizing transition metal carbide nano-array which is useful in catalytic reaction of electrolytic water. ADVANTAGE - The method uses oxide array with controllable shape as template, obtaining carbon source by plasma assisted chemical vapor deposition technology (PECVD), the purity of the carbon source is high, the dosage is easy to control, using instantaneous high temperature thermal shock technology to quickly preparation with array structure carbide material. The instantaneous high-temperature thermal shock process can finish the carbon thermal reaction in a short time (millisecond level), which not only realizes fast conversion of oxide to carbide, increases the number of active sites on the given electrode, so as to improve the activity of the electro-catalyst system.
