NOVELTY - Preparing sintered graphene ink involves using powder coating equipment for magnetron sputtering, using graphene as the base powder, using silver, copper, aluminum or nickel as the metal target, and carrying out graphene metallization treatment under vacuum and powder vibration conditions to obtain metallization graphene, adding 20-40 pts. wt. solvent, 5-70 pts. wt. metallized graphene, 0.5-5 pts. wt. dispersant, 0.01-0.1 pts. wt. leveling agent and 0.01-0.1 pts. wt. defoamer to the container for stirring, then adding 15-40 pts. wt. glass powder, continue stirring, finally adding 10-20 pts. wt. binder, and continue stirring to obtain slurry. The slurry is grounded on a three-roll machine for 3-5 times to obtain sintered graphene ink. USE - Method for preparing sintered graphene ink used in a graphene heating plate (claimed) and to electronic appliances, electric appliances, military appliances, and electric vehicles. ADVANTAGE - The method produces product with good stability under the temperature state. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for using sintered graphene ink, which involves: a. cleaning the surface of the substrate; b. making an insulating layer on the surface of the substrate by silk screen printing or spraying after the insulating layer is made, performing high-temperature curing at 220-260℃ for 30-50 minutes; c. using silk screen printing, spraying or scraping to make silver paste electrodes on both sides of the insulating layer surface respectively to made silver paste electrodes, sintering at a high temperature of 600-800℃ for 10-20 minutes; d. using screen printing, spraying or scraping to make graphene ink layer on the surface of the insulating layer after the graphene ink layer is made, using an oven to bake at 280-300℃ for 20-30 minutes; and e. preparing an insulating layer on the surface of the graphene ink layer by spraying, screen printing or scraping, and then curing at 220-260℃ for 30-50 minutes.
