▎ 摘 要

NOVELTY - Fiber-reinforced plastic comprises resin material, conductive particles, thermally conductive particles, and fibers, where the resin material is a thermosetting resin or a thermoplastic resin, the conductive particles includes nickel powder, copper powder, silver powder, carbon powder and nickel-coated carbon powder. The thermally conductive particles includes graphite powder, graphene, carbon nanotubes, thermally conductive ceramics, thermally conductive gels and phase change materials. The fibers includes carbon fibers, aramid fibers, ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene, and glass fibers. USE - Fiber-reinforced plastic used in structural film of electronic equipment and electronic device (all claimed), e.g. mobile phone. ADVANTAGE - The fiber-reinforced plastic has low density and high strength, improves the conductivity and thermal conductivity of the fiber-reinforced plastic, fiber-reinforced plastic-satisfy electronic device structural film conductivity and the requirement of thermal conductivity. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing the fiber-reinforced plastic, which involves: a. heating the thermosetting resin to melt the thermosetting resin, adding conductive particles and thermally conductive particles to the melted thermosetting resin, and performing first mixing to obtain a first mixture; and b. laying fibers on one side of the first mixture to obtain a prepreg, molding prepreg to obtain fiber-reinforced plastic alternatively adding conductive particles, thermally conductive particles and fibers to the thermoplastic resin, and injection molding to obtain product.
