▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - The preparation method of composite conductive particles involves (a) mixing graphene oxide, tin powder, solid carbon source and solvent in a weight ratio of (5-10):(3-8):(2-6):10 to obtain precursor, (b) uniformly mixing the precursor with polystyrene microspheres, and supercritically drying to form an uniform conductive layer on a surface of polystyrene microspheres, (c) laser irradiating the polystyrene microspheres having conductive layer on the surface under the protection of inert gas, laser irradiating graphene oxide and tin in the conductive layer to form solid solution, and cooling. USE - Preparation method of composite conductive particles (claimed) for integrated circuit conductive film. ADVANTAGE - The method enables preparation of composite conductive particles with low resistivity, by simple and economical processes.
