NOVELTY - The positioning system has data processing module and monitoring module which are bidirectionally connected. The quantity processing module and the rescue module are bidirectionally connected. The data processing module and the information module are bidirectionally connected. An interior portion of the data processing module includes an NarrowBand-Internet of Things (NB-IoT) terminal and a positioning terminal. An interior portion of the monitoring module includes a vital sign detector, a temperature detector, and an infrared detector. An interior portion of the rescue module includes a voice input terminal, a voice playback terminal, a constant temperature heating terminal and a lighting terminal. An interior portion of the information module includes a data collection terminal and a data storage terminal. The inside of the data collection terminal includes a fingerprint collector and an identity entry terminal. USE - Positioning system of intelligent positioning lifejacket made of graphene heating material. ADVANTAGE - The system has identity identification, wide signal coverage and help the survival function, so as to greatly improve the probability of the user rescue when in danger, and can improve the survival rate of the user in the dangerous condition, thus providing the great guarantee for survival of the user when the dangerous condition is met.
