NOVELTY - Preparing composite air fiber filter, involves (a) mixing graphene slurry, deionized water, and aqueous polyurethane, stirring, dripping defoamer, adding add nano-silver ion and chitin solution, and stirring to obtain an antibacterial conductive coating, where the graphene slurry is a deionized water mixture, and the chitin solution is a chitin finishing agent SAL6680, (b) preparing a filter paper by dispensing polyethylene terephthalate framework support using a glue gun, adhering to polypropylene melt-blown layer comprising polyethylene terephthalate, melt-blowing the support and polypropylene layer comprising a polypropylene nonwoven meltblown cloth to form a fiber filter screen, and (c) applying the conductive coating to the surface of the support of the fiber filter to obtain the filter paper, and preparing the filter paper into fiber filter. USE - The method is useful for preparing composite air fiber filter. ADVANTAGE - The prepared filter paper exhibits antibacterial and conductive properties. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Method for preparing composite air fiber filter, involves (a) mixing graphene slurry, deionized water, and aqueous polyurethane, stirring for 1-4 hours, dripping 0.05-1 wt.% defoamer, adding nano-silver ion and chitin solution, and continuously stirring to obtain an antibacterial conductive coating, where the ratio of nano-silver ion, chitin solution, graphene slurry, deionized water and aqueous polyurethane is 1.5:4:21:21:7-3:10:21:21:21, and the graphene slurry is a deionized water mixture having a graphene solid content of 2-3 wt.%, and the chitin solution is a chitin finishing agent SAL6680, (b) preparing a filter paper by dispensing 3-8 g/m2 polyethylene terephthalate framework support using a glue gun, adhering to polypropylene melt-blown layer comprising 50-90 g/m2 polyethylene terephthalate, melt-blowing the support and polypropylene layer comprising a polypropylene nonwoven meltblown cloth having a wire diameter of 3-99 microns to form a fiber filter screen, and (c) applying the conductive coating to the surface of the support of the fiber filter having a coating thickness of 1-5 mu m to obtain the filter paper, and preparing the filter paper into fiber filter based on the existing method to obtain the filter.
