NOVELTY - Closed system corrosion inhibitor comprises 25-40% methylamino polyepoxy sulfosuccinic acid, 20-30% graphene oxide aqueous dispersion liquid, 12-30% maleic acid-acrylic acid copolymer, 3-5% sodium molybdate, 3-6% coconut oil fatty acid diethanolamide and 15-40% zinc sulfate. USE - Used as closed system corrosion inhibitor. ADVANTAGE - The corrosion inhibitor: eliminates trace contaminants; improves physical adsorption and chemisorption synergistic effect; has simple production process; does not generate three-wastes; has good stability and water solubility; is biodegradable, non-toxic, phosphate- and pollution-free; and is environmentally friendly. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparation of the corrosion inhibitor, comprising mixing methylamino polyepoxy sulfosuccinic acid, graphene oxide aqueous dispersion liquid, maleic acid-acrylic acid copolymer and sodium molybdate, heating to 65-95 degrees C for 1.5-2 hours, adding zinc sulfate aqueous solution in a drop wise manner, ultrasonically processing for 15-20 minutes, heating to 105 degrees C, adding coconut oil fatty acid diethanolamide, reflux extracting for 0.5-1 hour, reducing the temperature to 75-85 degrees C, filtering when hot, and cooling the filtrate.
