▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - A polyphenylene sulfide modified material comprises 8-15 pts. wt. ceramic particles, 0.001-0.003 pt. wt. graphene, preferably 0.002 pt. wt., 10-15 pts. wt. modifier, 10-25 pts. wt. polyacrylate, 35-55 pts. wt. polyphenylene sulfide, 0.3-0.8 pt. wt. mercaptosilane coupling agent, and 0.1-0.3 pt. wt. crosslinking agent. The modifier is a mixture of tetraethyl orthosilicate and polystyrene. The polyacrylate has polymerization degree of 200-400. The polyphenylene sulfide has polymerization degree of 1100-1800. The crosslinking agent is p-toluenesulfonyl chloride. USE - Polyphenylene sulfide modified material is used for forming sheath layer of cable. ADVANTAGE - By mixing and modifying polyphenylene sulfide with the modified ceramic particles, the polyphenylene sulfide modified material has improved wear resistance and excellent processability. The sheath layer formed using the polyphenylene sulfide modified material can increase the service life of the cable even in high wear environment. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of polyphenylene sulfide modified material, which involves treating the ceramic particles with the coupling agent, coating the resultant treated ceramic particles with the modifier, mixing the coated ceramic particles with the graphene, polyacrylate, polyphenylene sulfide and crosslinking agent, and extruding in a extruder.
