▎ 摘 要

NOVELTY - An aluminum foil as working electrode, a counter electrode, and a reference electrode forming a 3-electrode system is placed in an etching liquid, and the aluminum foil is etched. A graphene oxide suspension is mixed with hydrazine hydrate to obtain a graphene suspension. A metal salt solution is dispersed in the graphene suspension to obtain an electrolyte. The etched aluminum foil is arranged as an electrode in the electrolyte and electrophoresis is carried. The aluminum foil as cathode is heated and reduced to obtain a collector. USE - Preparation of collector for lithium ion batteries. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An aluminum foil as working electrode, a counter electrode, and a reference electrode forming a 3-electrode system is placed in an etching liquid. The aluminum foil is etched at a current density of 50-900 mA/cm2 for 0.5-30 minutes, using an etching solution containing 1-2 mol/L hydrochloric acid and 0.5-1 mol/L sulfuric acid. Graphite oxide is added to a solvent to obtain a graphite oxide suspension, which is dispersed ultrasonically to obtain a homogeneous dispersion of graphene oxide suspension. The pH of graphene oxide suspension is adjusted to 10-11. The graphene oxide suspension is mixed with hydrazine hydrate at 80-120 degrees C for 12-24 hours to obtain a graphene suspension. A metal salt solution is added to the graphene suspension and ultrasonically dispersed to obtain an electrolyte. The etched aluminum foil is arranged as an electrode in the electrolyte, a pulsed voltage of 40-80 V is applied, and electrophoresis is carried out for 5-20 minutes in reducing-gas atmosphere. The aluminum foil as cathode is heated to 500-1000 degrees C and reduced for 0.5 hour, to obtain a collector.
