NOVELTY - Aluminum alloy umbrella bone material comprises 1.2-1.5% magnesium, 0.05-0.08% cobalt, 0.1-0.2% nickel, 0.5-1% graphene nanosheet, 0.6-1.2% silicon, 0.02-0.1% tin, 10-15% polypropylene, 0.05-0.1% boron, 3-5% dimethyl silicone oil and aluminum (balance amount). USE - Used as aluminum alloy umbrella bone material. ADVANTAGE - The aluminum alloy umbrella bone material has high tensile strength and moderate hardness, and enhanced the windproof performance of the umbrella; and is not easy to break the umbrella. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing aluminum alloy umbrella bone material comprising (i) mixing magnesium, cobalt, nickel, silicon, tin and boron in a dry mixer at a speed of 300-400 revolutions/minute for 30-40 minutes, stirring and then inductively smelting and casting in vacuum medium frequency, then casting ingot and milling into nano-alloy powder, (ii) dispersing the graphene nanosheets into 5-20 times the volume of absolute ethanol, perfroming ultrasonic vibration for 2-3 hours and fully dispersing to obtain dispersion liquid, then adding nano-alloy powder obtained in step (i), transferring to a ball mill tank and then ball milling for 10-20 hours to obtain slurry, heating the slurry at 80-90 degrees C, continuously ball milling to evaporation of 80-90% absolute ethanol and then transferring to a blast drying oven and drying at 90-100 degrees C for 10-20 hours, and (iii) mixing the product of step (ii) with polypropylene and dimethyl silicone oil, then stirring at a speed of 200-300 revolutions/minute for 1-2 hours, heating at 180-195 degrees C, stirring for 10-20 minutes and transferring to double screw extruder for extruding to obtain final product.
