▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - The precursor has a carbon fibre fabric layer whose inner part is filled with resin and graphene. The carbon fibre fabric layer is provided with a graphene layer, where oxygen content of graphene in the carbon fibre fabric layer and the graphene layer is 0 %-50 %. The carbon fibre fabric layer is filled in an interior of the resin and the graphene by dipping in the mixed graphene of the resin and the resin. The carbon fibre fabric layer is filled in a graphene part of the graphene, where the graphene comprises a graphene and reduction oxidation graphene. USE - Graphene based carbon composite material precursor. Uses include but are not limited to semiconductor, chemical industry, metallurgy, atomic industry and other industrial fields. ADVANTAGE - The carbon fibre fabric layer is filled with resin and graphene base material, which realizes the carbon fibre fabric layer is reinforced because the presence of graphene inducing composite material precursor in the carbonization and graphitization process of the glass carbon formed by resin carbonization degree of the graphitization is improved, so as to obtain the performance optimized carbon/carbon composite material based on graphene.
