NOVELTY - Antistatic knitted fabric comprises 20-40 pts. wt. cotton fiber, 10-30 pts. wt. modal fiber, 10-20 pts. wt. graphene fiber, 10-15 pts. wt. polyester fiber, 10-15 pts. wt. composite conductive fiber, 0.5-2 pts. wt. antistatic agent, 0.5-3 pts. wt. softener. USE - Antistatic knitted fabric. ADVANTAGE - The antistatic knitted fabric is helps to ensures the comfort performance and breathability of the knitted fabric, and also improves the antistatic performance of the fabric, and reduces generation of charge, accelerated the transfer of charge and reduces generation of static electricity. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing an antistatic knitted fabric, which involves: (A) weaving cotton and hemp fibers, modal fibers and polyester fibers according to the weight ratio of 2:1:1, and spinning them into a mixed main fine yarn through a spinning machine with wisting coefficient of 100-140; (B) weaving graphene fiber and conductive composite conductive fiber by spinning machine into mixed conductive finer yarn, the yarn count is 65-80S/1, and the twist coefficient is 150-220; (C) putting the mixed main yarn and the mixed conductive fine yarn separately into the reactor containing the softener, stirring, keeping the temperature at 50-70 degrees C; (D) adding antistatic agent to the reaction kettle, stirring the turbine reciprocally for 5-10 minutes, adjusting the pH to neutral for 1 hour; (E) using mixed main fine yarn as warp knitting, and using mixed conductive fine yarn as weft knitting, and knitting into a gray cloth; and (F) heat setting, dyeing, drying, secondary dyeing, drying and setting at room temperature, cutting, and making the finished fabric into finished fabrics.
